Frederick Trump (born Friedrich Trump; March 14, 1869 – May 27, 1918) was a German-American businessman. Born in Kallstadt, in the Kingdom of Bavaria (now in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany), he emigrated to the United States at the age of 16 and started working as a barber. Several years later in 1891, he moved to the Northwest. He made his fortune operating boom-town restaurants and boarding houses in Seattle and a mining town to the north, and in the Klondike Gold Rush.[1][2] He later returned to Germany and married. When authorities found that he had emigrated when young to avoid fulfilling his military service, he lost his Bavarian citizenship; he and his family returned to the United States. Elizabeth Christ Trump (born Elisabeth Christ; October 10, 1880 – June 6, 1966) was a German-born American businesswoman and is considered the matriarch of the Trump family. She married Frederick Trump in 1902. While raising their three children, the early death of her husband in 1918 required her to manage his properties in order to support her family. She founded the real estate development company Elizabeth Trump & Son with her son Fred.[1] The company, now known as The Trump Organization, is currently owned by her grandson, Donald Trump, who is the 45th President of the United States. Her great-grandsons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are running the family business as trustees during their father's presidency.

DONALD TRUMP'S FAMILY
A FINE FAMILY
PROUD
DONALD TRUMP
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
2017
Donald Trump’s Grandfather, Frederick Trump, was an immigrant from Bavaria, Germany. His Grandmother, on his father’s side, Elizabeth Christ, was a German immigrant from Bavaria also. I am sure they spoke German in their home in New York. Frederick, at first a barber, became wealthy, in real estate. He died in 1918, unexpectedly of pneumonia induced by the flu, leaving his wife to take care of the business, and the children, Elizabeth, John and Frederick. Elizabeth Christ was a successful business woman, and shared her responsibility and wealth with Frederick all of her life. It was her success that made the way for the success of the Trump family. She died in 1966. Donald would have been twenty years old. I am sure he visited her. He knows that his grandmother and grandfather were German. I wonder if this has any effect on his disposition relative to Germany today, and Angela Merkel. When he says “bad, bad Germany”, does he not know that his Grandpa and Grandma were German. And, his genetic composition is one half German, does that ‘blood’ cry out? I wonder. And, a woman, Elizabeth Trump, having contributed to his family wealth 100%, would that impact your view of women and their ability to govern? Could it be that the biggest hoax of all Is that Donald Trump is really just faking allegiance to Russia, ‘merely because ‘it’s only business’, and he really does like Germany, NATO, and Scottland. Wouldn’t that be a hoot? Donald Trump’s father was also a very successful business man. Fred Trump suffered from Alzeimer’s disease for six years. He fell with pneumonia and died at 93. His widow, Mary died the following summer on August 7, 2000 in New Hyde Park at age 88.   All of this leads up to the Donald Trump of today. A great deal of attention is paid to him and the aura that he embodies. Like the preceding commentary, it should be obvious there is too much material to give the matter sufficient consideration. Let us take the issues as they are presented and weigh in on ‘what do you think. But, first, let us be reminded, we are not talking about Donald Trump alone. Remember, he was voted in by 32,000,000 Americans, supported by the majority of U.S. Senators, and congressmen, and, there is public opinion of 7 billion people on this earth. We might consider the issues and ask: Is it ethical, pragmatic, politically correct? What would Jesus do? Is it constitutional? Is it patriotic? Does it serve the people; or, does it serve you? Let’s take the travel ban, is this not religious discrimination? The tax reforms? Don’t the proposed reforms favor the rich at the expense of the poor? The Health Care, how could you remove 20,000,000 Americans from coverage? When you allow foreign countries to do business to make a profit for the president, or congress, is that not corruption? Do you allow the food program in schools to be unfunded;, and allow the wealthy tax breaks for private schools. When you increase the military budget, are you favoring businesses controlled by the executive department, more corruption? Pull out of the Paris Accord without the approval of the congress, or the people. Refuse to pay for abortions, is that not infringement on the woman’s rights? I am sure the list goes on. Please search your conscience. What would Jesus do? Be honest!
